Is Facebook Scared of Google Already?

theBitFix writes: "At first, we all thought Google’s new service was going to copy social networks for a long time and stay behind for longer. Having in mind companies like Twitter and Facebook have been around for years and have been so incredibly successful, Google’s new social network being so similar to them and packing so many similar features was not shocking a bit for a way to get itself in the market. But, honestly, who would have thought Google+ would have gathered so many followers in so little time? Currently holding the record for the fastest growing social network in history with over 25 million users registered in just a month after release, you could have seen it’s rivals copying them from a mile away. Probably holds a record for the fastest threat Facebook have recognized too, looking at Facebook’s recent announcements history."
