I don't think the pro will sell very well. I do think we are now starting to see the end of apples bubble and I think Microsoft and Google will be the company's that start to grow now as Apple get smaller.

I do agree with you on this front. But what dose my head in with the IPhone is how Apple make out what they do on there phones/tablets is something new and never been done before. 3D touch, bigger screen, Pencil, keyboard on cover and more.

The IPhone as a phone is very dull and has not really changed much since the 1st one in terms of how it works. I have had a Windows mobile then moved to android then IOS and then Windows Phone as I wanted a phone to give me a different exp...

I am surprised you have had a battery issue with your WP as I have not had the issue on any of my WP even 2 years in with the phones I had. I have been impressed with my LG G4's battery too I must admit and this was my biggest gripe with android when I last had it. I want for the LG over Samsung and HTD due to the light UI and I also wanted a great camera as the Lumia 925 camera was amazing.

I agree about MS though for me they are dishing out some great software/hardware ...

It depends on how you look at it. I have used WP sine it came out and ive had a HD7, Titan, Lumia 900 and 925.

I have decided to give Android a go again this time round though and got an LG G4 as I liked the look of the phone and fenced a change of OS seems ive been with WP for a few years now.

I am enjoying the LG G4 but I still prefer how WP works and displays everything. The app game is the biggest issue with WP though.

As for google maps...

I have said for a long time now that the Surface line was the way forward for the pc tablets. RT was a great OS but lacked the apps IOS and android had but with windows 10 looking like its going to be a hit it could help the windows eco system and if the apps come to it that are on ios and android they could become the best selling tablets.

As for the ipad pro I really don't get apples thinking with it as it really is just a big ipad with a pen.

I have just Started using Android after using Windows Phone for the last few years as I fancied a change of OS as I had Windows Phone since day one.

I went with the LG G4 as the specs of the phone and price were amazing for what you get over other devices like Samsung, HTC Sony ect.

I did try Android when HTC 1st brought the desire out and it was an OK os but for me I thought it was way behind Windows Mobile at the time.

Now I al quite liking...

I am confused as the IPhone 6 design looked just like the htc one 7 and M8 so HTC have not copied Apple its the other way round.

I have to disagree. The IPad pro is more like the Surface RT and Surface 2. The Pro 3 and even the 3 are fully working pc's that will run any x32/64 app where the surface Rt and 2 would only run apps from the app store the IPad Pro. For me I don't see the point in the iPad pro. If they brought out a IPad pro with mac OS then it could be put up against the Surface Pro live but for me there is only one winner in that side and its the pro 3.

Ive tried Windows Phone 10 on my 925 twice but each time I had issues with the phone so I just decided to stay on 8.1. I may give it a try on when I get chance but I'm happy with what it offers me for now.

Yep, If you look at the IPhone 6 it took its design from the HTC M7/8/9. I do think the Smart Phone world is drying up now in terms of design and also spec's. I am still using my Lumia 925 and I really am not excited for any phone on the market at the moment. I like the look of the LG G4 and Sony Z5 but there is no reason for me to rush out and upgrade my phone as the Lumia 925 dose everything I need it to do and the camera is really good on it too.

I don't see Hololens being a massive hit in terms of average Joe but in the work place and education I can see it being a big hit if MS can sell it right. For me AR has a lot more going for it than VR.

I'm with you on this. The last HTC phone I had was the Titan and I loved it. I would like to see HTC getting back to the days of the Titan and HD2 as well was some fresh designs like they did with the M8. For me I'm a Nokia fan at the moment as I have a 925 and love the design and the camera but I am due an upgrade soon and the edge is looking like the phone to buy for me at the moment but with Windows mobile 10 due out later on in the year I may wait a little longer to see what Micro...

@dcbronco the xbox one will not be running full windows 10 it will be a cut down version of it that is used to help port Apps across to the console from pc/tablet/phone.

So you wont be able to access off on the xbox one or use it like a pc. It will just be a gaming console. The xbox one is made up of 3 os's. Hyper-V Windows 8 and the xbox one software. All that will happen is the windows 8 will be replaced by Windows 10 and you wont see much difference in the way the dash...

@wannabe gamer I have to agree I have not needed one for qite a few years now. I have a Lumia 925 with 16gb of memory but I only every take the odd pictures and videos. I stream all my music and if I am going somewhere I wont have signal I download a few Albums onto my phone but delete them after the trip. As for my pictures and videos they are synced with OneDrive so again I don't need to worry about backup ect which is also on my Surface too so they are there when I get home.

You wont require Live gold to get the update on the xbox one as silver gets the updates too it will just need to be connected to the internet.

What people are forgetting about Windows is most of the money comes from new pc's not upgrades so they are looking to make the money from there. Plus Microsoft are moving onto becoming a cloud 1st company so services like 365 and azure. Plus other services like Skype, SharePoint, Xbox Music as well as Xbox live ect.

Apple are starting to find them self between and rock and a hard place. On one had the devices have not really changes since the iPod touch in terms of its an app launcher and everything still more or less looks and acts the same as it did so people are starting to get bored of this and looking at other devices.

The flip side is if they make massive changes to the os the main people who use the phone (the none tech users) will not like it as it will be too different and as we...

Your spot on but that said Microsoft are going through a big change at the moment and see gaming as a big £ earner and with new types of pc's coming out like the Surface pro 3 etc tables/gaming could be a big win for Microsoft if done right. My fried is not a massive gamer but loves football manage and got an IPad to play it on as he wanted a device just to check his mail, watch videos and brows the web and because it also had football manager on top he saw no need to update his lapt...

For me I really like windows 8 on both touch and none touch ESP 8.1. it was also a move Microsoft had to make as part of making one os to fit them all.

Not tried windows 10 yet but from what I've seen I think it is again another step in the right direction to having one os no matter what the device.

@proudly some windows phones also has less ram than both but they are different types of OS's.

Android is alot like windows mobile where it can do many things as dose not close apps that are in the background the same way IOs and windows phone do. So giving an android more ram is better for the OS like it was for windows mobile too.

Again I agree but like I said there will not be millions of Xbox ones just sat on store shelves. Shops buy if there is demand and by the looks of it there is demand at the moment foe the Xbox one just like there is for the ps4.
