AMD's 32-Core Ryzen Threadripper had an issue that caused it to perform terribly during gaming. Turns out the fault was on Nvidia's end and its been fixed.
Oh no! An AMD cpu that was not built for gaming does not perform well in games with a nvidia GPU!
Did they ever test an AMD gpu in there? Where's the AMD/Nvidia GPU comparison with the CPU in question?
Thankfully nvidia stepped up to the plate and fixed amd's compatibility issues.
Made their non-gaming centered cpu work well in games with nvidia GPUs.
FYI not all CPU's are alike, some perform well in games, but trash in logic/video rendering. Others are awesome at logic/rendering but shit at real time game rendering and what not.
Props to Nvidia for fixing an AMD issue.
if you read the article: "Turns out the fault was on Nvidia’s end"
at first i thought he also meant it was AMD at fault....but when i re-read his statement again, i think he means that nvidia actually fixed a problem related to AMD cpus for once. generally AMD get short changed quite a bit when it comes to support from nvidia because they are "much closer" to intel.
Honestly, I'm not certain what to think about Techquila articles...
Greetings, if there are any inputs or issues you're facing. Please let me know. I'll try my best to resolve them.
