So much for Internet Explorer 10′s default “Do Not Track” setting

Extreme Tech: Last Thursday, Microsoft seemed like the hero — announcing “Do Not Track” would be on by default in Internet Explorer 10. The move meant that users would need to opt-in to allowing advertisers and websites to install tracking cookies on their computers, something that few people would ever do.
