I've always seen Apple's legal tirade on Samsung as a roundabout stab at Android. It's fair to say that all companies do research what others are doing in their respective space; but there's no getting away from the fact that the similarities are more apparent on Samsung's skin of Android compared to other OEMs.

I have no idea why the original writer put it as a Chinese actress; but that's been changed now. And as to the spelling of her name, quoting from her own Twitter bio:
"Hi! Its me,Sola Aoi.I'm a Japanese actress.I've been studying English, Chinese&Korean."
True. Separate of the fact I find Russell Brand to be a rather annoying comedian (don't find him funny whatsoever), this is just a really needy grab for attention.

I like it. It looks really good: a proper design-centric upgrade over what was there before, something in Facebook that actually looks pretty decent.
But I can see the other point this writer and other people are making: how it convolutes the actual point of social networking, and tries to morph it into this idea of creating a digital scrapbook. I just don't see that idea working to the benefit of me.
