Why Apple Will Lose Popularity

So the major reason why Apple will and should lose it's popularity is price. Each and every iPhone was extremely overpriced at launch let's take the Apple 5s and compare it to the Samsung Galaxy S2 released 3 years ago ! One can purchase the S2 for $256 or the iPhone 5s for $640 now the iPhone will obviously be have a better camera and some features but inn terms of specs the phones are quite similar there's only a .1 GHZ difference between them they have the same RAM of 1024 MB also similar storage but the iPhone lacks expandable memory. Even though the iPhone runs fantastically well I think it should be a hell of a lot cheaper than it now is. I personally don't like the tiny screen which every iPhone has.
Now comparing the iPhone 5s to let's say a Nexus 5 would be pointless as everyone knows th outcome of that one...

Next we have the iPad 4 and the Nexus 10 by Google. Straight off I'll say that the Nexus 10 beats the iPad if every spec even though it is around 40% cheaper. The Nexus 10 has twice the RAM a slightly better processor and I'm an Android fan...

Alright it's also safe to mention that Apple floods the market with a ridiculous amount of products which don't differ too much from one another in an attempt to suck money out of all their fan boys... 7 different iPads 8 iPhones and believe it or not 3 Apple Tv's I think this is absolutely ridiculous.

Here are a few reasons why every iPhone user should consider switching to Android; UI customizability, value for money, free apps, you're not required to use iTunes, so much to choose from different companies etc and finally Anroid devices are not iPhones...

The conclusion is that I don't even consider purchasing Apple products when I'm looking for a new phone tablet or anything.

Hefty price is exactly the reason why i have been avoiding the iPhone so far. I mean i own 2 android (1 Xperia M and 1 Nexus 7) and 1 windows phone device (Lumia 525) and I am sure the total amount I paid for all these three devices still don't add up to the Price required to buy an iPhone 5s (which comes with just a 4 inch screen).

You definitely spend the money better than anyone who bought the iPhone instead.

My GS3 has served me well the past 20 months. I don't think I'll ever own an Apple product.

I have an iphone now and have had several androids ( nexus one, nexus 4,samsung vibrant aka galaxy s1)
I personally prefer iphone
I feel like it's just more simple to use as well as I'm a music addict. I have all my music labeled correctly. It's much easier for me to sync into my iphone than when I had android cause most of the titles or artist would show in the wrong section.

I don't see why people say iphone is expensive if the latest galaxy s, or note is the same price as an iphone smh

The galaxy is also very expensive but atleast it has some great specs to back the price up a little (still overpriced) not as much as the iPhone though.

I don't know, I have used both, and i can list so many things that are either plain bad, or just not functioning correctly on my Note 3 (in software). I typically change OS's each time I get a new refresh, but I think its time for me to go back to the robust and stable IOS.

Also, why are people complain about price, doesn't everyone just get their phones on contract for 200? 500 for a Galaxy is absolutly not worth it just the same as 650 for a Iphone.
