Lamebook, which is a service that collects photos and post that users posts on Facebook, has reached an agreement with Facebook in their trademark dispute.
Facebook sued Lamebook about a year ago, claiming that that the website was a trademark infringement. Lamebook, however, claimed that the name and the service is an obvious parody and therefore could not be seen as a trademark infringement.
