Last year, the U.S. Navy bought 59,000 microchips for use in everything from missiles to transponders that turned out to be counterfeits from China.
Pretty scary stuff.
And what's worse is the US Government mandates contractors that do school, state, or any goverenment job, must use American made products. But the US military does not have to abid to those rules.
It's just sad how cheap the government has gotten, yet they still can't manage to balance the budget.
Anything that is related to our national intrest, and security should be from American resources ONLY. What's next getting intel from forign governments about what their country is doing.
