Verizon To Improve San Francisco Data With 'Small Cells'

Data coverage from Verizon Wireless in San Francisco will be improved by the carrier. Verizon plans to install "small cells" in order to boost coverage without spending as much as it normally would for enhanced coverage. Each cell is relatively inexpensive and can cover between 250 and 500 feet.

Verizon HTC One Launch Nearing

Android Waypoint: Well its finally happened, Verizon has published a signup page for their HTC One. Though no release date has been announced as of yet, Android Waypoint can reasonably expect sometime this month as they have missed their original launch date of August 1st. What "we" do know is that Verizon was able to workout the location of their "Verizon" and "4G LTE" logos.

I love the HTC One, but I can't stand how much Verizon costs. I'm planning on switching to T-Mobile once my contract is up and hopefully by then HTC will have another great device ready to be released.

You may have heard about Samsung Stratosphere, a new Smartphone with 4G LTE support that heads to Verizon, apparently Wirefly accidentally posted a few pictures of the upcoming slider and looks that the device is closer to release. The Smartphone appeared with the Logo of the Verizon on it.
