"Everyone should understand that when they add their friends to Facebook, they are doing free work for United States intelligence agencies, and building this database for them…" I agree but like what can you do. everything is public information from the time you are born to the time of your death, someone can find it. its scary that this look at facebook is actually true, if you can connect to a persons facebook and are good at social engineering you can get alot done. in the past you needed alot to spy but now a days you just hack someones email and you are good to go.
I've always been pretty wary about FaceBook, although I really don't have much legit info on there. I'm a pretty cautious/paranoid person in general, for better or worse.
some people just don't seems to think about stuff they exposing on the social networking sites... they sharing everything, even the color of underwear... :) if we will keep our secrets and personal data away from this kind of services we should be fine...
I would rather say, the whole internet is a spy machine, all our data and everything we do all can be easily monitored. Nothing is safe. The section we claim as a section for our PRIVACY isn't exactly giving us any privacy ...
