Microsoft Revealed at CES back in January that it will develop the next Windows for more platforms Than just x86. The strong growing mobile platform, ARM is one of these and during an event in Las Vegas, the software giant showed an early version of Windows Internet Explorer 8 and 10, powered by a 1 GHz ARM processor.
The cloud storage platform will drop support for older versions of Windows in early 2022.
Microsoft responded with Windows 8 and its Surface RT tablet.
