The US government has turned up the heat on Samsung by issuing an official recall of the Galaxy Note 7 smartphone on Thursday. There have been at least 92 reports of batteries overheating, including 26 reports of burns and 55 reports of property damage, according to the recall notice from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
