I don't know anyone who uses internet explorer or edge.
So this exploit is pretty much useless.

you'd be surprised how many people still use IE and Edge.

as for getting them to view a specific website, its not really that hard.
im sure you've heard of bitly or google url shortener. send that link to someone and they could easily go there.
