Only Microsoft needs to be blamed cuz everyone wants a good user friendly and easy to use phone. Or you can say Android outdated Windows phone.

Exactly, it would help if they advertise the phones as well. Here in the UK; we have ads for Apple phones, Samsung phones, LG, hell I think I've even seen them for Huawei, all on TV, in magazines and ad billboards.
Not once have I seen one for a windows phone. How do they expect people to buy them if they don't even know they exist.

Very good points. I have seen television ads for Windows Phone but has been quite a while back. The last one I remember seeing was for the Lumia 1020 when it was first released. Before that I remember seeing one ad for Windows 8 promoting the camera button.

Not one type of ad, I mean literally one ad. Once each.

They may not have the confidence to see these phones themselves. So only they can blame themselves for all these lack of points.

Have you tried a Windows Phone? The operating system is rather nice, it is just a severe lack of apps/general knowledge of the phones apparently holding them back.
