The Blazon: BlackBerry could be hit by quarterly losses for at least another two years, according to analyst Michael Walkley.
In an investors note released Monday, Canaccord Genuity’s Michael Walkley said he was genuinely impressed with BlackBerry’s cost-cutting moves, but he believes management’s long-term plans may not pay off for some time. As such, he expects the company to post operating losses through fiscal 2015, which began earlier this month.
There’s a new battle commencing between Facebook and BlackBerry. On Tuesday, the social network sued the phone maker over alleged infringement of six patents. Of these, one is related to a voice message feature in BBM Enterprise.
