NDTV Gadgets: Twitter is currently testing the latest beta version of its Android app, which allows users to directly taken some actions from the notification itself. According to various reports quoting beta testers the latest beta build of Twitter's Android app (build 101 on v5.2) enables users to reply, re-tweet and favourite the tweet directly from the notification pane just by tapping on it. It will further confirm it with a notification when tapped.
Airlines, Air France, KLM, and Ryanair no longer offer customer service support using Twitter's direct message functionality.
