This is where these laws get stupid, luckily these idiots don't have a case.
1 Anything published before the trademark takes place is fine. it states they published a game, but don't have the trademark yet. If anything the people that published their games first can take the trademark themselves as they can showcase dates as to when it was published. i'm sure "flappy" was used before 2006 too, so they'd lose both instances.

Blackberry users are out-dated and old....
He's quickly turning into a has been, she should just stay with someone famous to stay in the light.
Otherwise it will be like Nick Cannon, he will stay somewhat famous for no reason at all.
Don't like Apple when they do it, don't agree when other companies do it.
People get stuck in 2 year contracts. Even with the "no contract" stuff you are stuck paying for 2 years, unless you have enough money to pay off the phone. Which is basically the same as a early termination fee.
Sony has problems with things like this, and it sucks to see it keep happening. Soon they will have too many phones and the market will shrink on them.
They are just too big for what the economy is like right now. They seem to be lingering, hoping that the economy comes back. When people have money, they not only buy expensive stuff they but unique stuff.
Sony in a way is noticing its not working and just cutting the cord on stuff that won't matter in a few years. Laptops are making nobody money at the moment, and their TV's need to be stripped to the bone until people buy again.
Stores are a mista...
It just sucks, growing up my town was thriving. We had new stores opening all the time, and buildings being built constantly. I finally get old enough to go work at these places, let alone shop there, and everything goes to hell and just keeps getting worse.
I always wanted to go to a Sony store, instead I get a bunch of empty business buildings on literally every corner because our government does nothing to help keep anything alive.
I think the technology they speak of ha already there as is with cameras. the Vita can take "3D" pictures of entire rooms (all angles) for example and then let you look through it all.
How they say it will be used is so far off though. Its such a cool concept, but needs so many things to go right for it to work right. You can't just simply take a big hollywood movie today and film at all angles, there are so many people standing around and stuff going on off sc...
Doesn't matter if it can, you still need to set up and prepare the entire scene in a 180 degrees EVERY single time you filmed.
Sets need to be built all around, actors all around, nobody standing by, etc....
Not to mention how many people are downloading them just to bypass the crap they got on their legal version?
I remember actually bothering to utilize a digital code once. Got it downloaded and couldn't transfer it to anything because of stupid licensing crap. So what do you do? Let your 20-30 dollar movie go to waste? Or go download an ad free one off some torrent site that you can freely transfer to all of your devices at any time? (It's worth noting, if you were t...
They need to quit blaming their customers and quit punishing those of us actually buy their movies just because they think people "stealing" them have any intention at all to buy these terrible movies.
Yet when they make something good, its breaks records in sales and does fine, but the studio still cries foul.... give me a break.
If I was one of those names, and they came knocking, fine I'll sell all my movies second hand for cheap, then never buy any again. See how Hollywood likes big groups of people turning down movies all together, instead of buying the few good ones and downloading the endless crap ones....
I don't download movies, but I think this whole "pirates ruin everything" stuff is total bs. Make better movies, they sell. Look at Avengers.....
To be honest, I don't see how everyone but Sony see's the issue here. The economy sucks right now, so make lower end products and compete on price. At least give Vaio a chance, but instead they just dump and run.
I remember shopping for a laptop for my girlfriend, she just needed one for basic needs. They had a Vaio at Frys Electronics that was with the other low end ones. the specs were total crap, yet it was priced at 700 dollars.... it was running a friggin single...
Take it! Take all 32 cents I have to my name! Where is my air hockey table! :P
I want one, where do I throw my money?
Never really paid much attention. Think they stepped up with this one though, its the best phone I've ever owned.
Being a Verizon customer, its basically this (after a year), an iphone, or a samsung iphone knockoff lol
Love my HTC One, why fix what isn't broken.
Receipts or paper, thats about it. New pants have "card" pockets low on the leg near the knee, those are probably the greatest clothing invention ever! I haven't used my wallet in a while because I keep my cards there, and money in the side pocket :P
Wish I had a smartphone in 8th grade.... You know what I was begging for in 8th grade? A CD player, which I didn't get until I got my own job in high school.....
Well she did buy an iPhone, that explains a lot ;) haha
If i'm not mistaken they attempted to sue, but were denied the lawsuit.
People do this all the time and lose. It's mostly up to the judge to "Verify" they deserve the trademark.
