Then why release something "new" in between there? Sony released slimmer ones and modified the screen or whatever in between, but waited 6 years to release a whole new device.
That's why I'm not a fan of Apple. They slightly update and outdate the current. I rather have a huge leap in the right direction, not very expensive small steps....It's like Sony releasing a PSP 2 within 2 or 3 years that only added a second analog stick and nothing else....Sudde...
If Google makes it I will be somewhat interested in it. The thing is I hate Motorola. Every time I get anything Motorola it breaks, or its extremely sub-par. If you like them all the power to you, but I absolutely hated Android the entire time I had my Droids. Now I have an Ericson with Android and I love it.
A lot of things do, yet we still don't see Uncharted or Killzone on them. In fact PC barely just started blowing away consoles as a standard with Battlefield and Skyrim.
A lot of phones have absolutely AMAZING specs in them, but the best we get is Angry Birds like games or knockoff games. Good specs are cool, but without good developers it doesn't mean anything. No physical controls and the video game focus is on....actual game systems and handhelds. The business str...
I don't think it is the right thing to do. Some of us more quiet people have a hard time telling things like Siri what to do as is. Next thing you know the house is loud, the TV is turned up, and your screaming at Siri to do something.
One thing I'm wondering is would it listen to all conversations and mistakenly change the channel just because of that?
I don't understand tech news at all. The Vita was getting hammered with the 250 dollar price, this is a slightly upgraded Ipad 2 for nearly triple the price and its "no surprise and perfect."
There were TONS of rumors going around that the Ipad would do, so many things they could have done, and we don't get any of it and its all fine and dandy. I don't see it as a threat, why? Because other tablets have taken those idea's and ran with it.

I don't like Apple, I will admit it. However I still feel a bit disapointed with this. I mean I was hoping they would step up the game, push other devices to go further, but they didn't. Their selling point is "the screen looks awesome" Well the thing is the screen is small, remember the old argument of "HD" on smaller screens? I think to this day they still use 720 for screens smaller than 32 inches....
I mean I was hoping to see this compete with...
Asked Apple if I could get one early, they sent me an Ipod Touch with a slightly bigger screen.
Been noticing a lot of negative Facebook articles on Yahoo, this explains why. Kinda dumb they need to go to low blows like this to try and make a quick buck.
Personally will be a while before I use it. It took me ages to switch to Facebook, and it wasn't until Myspace started destroying itself and Facebook went in the right direction.
FB is started to hurt itself, but its still not enough to make me switch. The simple fact is i don't feel like finding and re adding all my friends to a new network....
They would need the cell in the PS3, which still isn't dirt cheap like the PS2 was when the PS3 released. Common sense business move would be to have it capable of running it off an attachment. Offer a cheaper model with no backwards compatibility, but have the option viable through an accessory. Keep costs down is Sony's number one priority, they can't afford to follow their pricey (yet awesome out of the box) model next generation, or MS will hold it over them yet again.
If I had a billion dollars I'd build a friggin mountain on a beach. Got a problem with that? haha :P
(That whole sentence was supposed to be exaggerated anyways ;) )
They do realize that shutting down The Pirate Bay is just going to cause all hell to break loose right? Sure you stopped the "evil guys" running it, but all their users are going to outrage.
Not only that, good job you shut down The Pirate Bay, those servers are backed up and can/will just be ported to a new name and address within a day....
It's only greedy corporations throwing a fit. They shut all these pirates down and then they will find s...
Itunes and similar services were made to help with that. Instead of buying an album full of crap, you can buy just the one song you hear on the radio all the time.
Arizona is already ruining that business for them. They just fined Amazon for "not collecting sales tax" and soon enough Amazon will start doing so.
Leave it to Arizona government(Im from here too) to ruin the one thing thriving in this state....
PR companies used it every day, I noticed lately they all switched to using YouSendIt which isn't nearly as fast for some reason.
@above. pirating is already against the law, thus using it to do that is breaking the law. Why make doing it period against the law?
There is nothing wrong with altering something you buy. After all a majority of Apple's products are just tampered products someone else made anyways.
Its sad it truly is. I really wanted to see him play a role as someone outside of Apple and spend time with his family.
I hate Apple, but even I am feeling bad that he died. He was a good man and good at making something out of nothing.
The only thing I don't like are people going a bit too far with comments regarding him. Yahoo compared him to Thomas Edison....
I like it. Its a lot easier to use than the wall. It has a few perks that are needed to work out, but I haven't wanted to go back since getting it through the FB dev thing a couple weeks ago.
At least it isn't annoying like the facebook update we got what last week?
Still waiting for Gingerbread to hit my Droid 2 Global, however it wasn't Googles fault. According to reports its Motorola that is having the issues rolling it out, what a surprise huh?
Thats the thing. If anything is wrong on Googles part, they should simply choose "better" companies. LG phones are rather nice and Android on Sony and Samsung phones work perfectly. Most of the "issues" arise from Moto and the cheap stuff. Plus phone people should tell...
If it works without coverage that is rather legit. The issue I hear from my Apple friends is it isn't as accurate with turn by turn GPS like Google Maps is. It's somewhat true, but Apple has improved theirs a lot.
