NASA re-supply rocket explodes 6 seconds after launch

Launching rockets into space always has its share of failure even after countless hours of double and triple checking, as has happened yesterday. The Antares rocket carrying a 1,360 pound payload of food, scientific equipment and spacewalk gear (among other things) blew up just 6 seconds after launch after encountering an ‘anomaly’ which remains unknown up to this time.

Completely unmanned thankfully, the only casualties are hungry astronauts!

And they still want be to believe they landed on the moon, rofl.

xX_Altair_Xx3467d ago

I'm pretty sure they did land on the moon, though I agree that some aspects of the landing don't seem to add up. But even the Russians accept it which makes me think it really did happen.

mushroomwig3467d ago

I hope you're both joking, the idea that we're in 2014 certain people STILL think it was faked is ridiculous and insulting to everybody involved.

I would be very careful to accept anything your government says at face value - they have no incentive to tell the truth and have every reason to mislead the masses. Suppose you still believe theyre looking for the WMDs in Iraq?

The fact is we're in 2014 and govts around the world have given us even less reasons to believe them. If a politician told me 2+2=4, i'd still punch it in my calculator just to be sure!

@mushroomwig

Still can't believe there is people like you in 2014 who actually believe it happened.

annoyedgamer3466d ago (Edited 3466d ago )

@2.1.2 New reports indicate they did find WMD's on Iraq then covered it up. I am not trying to start an argument about the war in Iraq but regarding that incident there is an anomaly. The NYT, a notable left wing source posted it.

I agree about always having doubt about government though, skepticism is what got us this far and growing submission is resulting in the loss of alot of our liberties.

Llf, still believed we landed on the moon huh? Don't believe everything they tell you, sometimes you have to open a book a research for yourself....

Ok, if they found WMD in Iraq why would they cover it up, that was the whole reason for our invasion oops in mean the whole reason for the war???

Gondee3466d ago

We all have the internet. Go find some Peer-Reviewed papers on the topic, and FUCKING READ. If you find some idiot in his basement fear mongering with a collection of loosely related facts, its your own fault for believing. You do have access to stupid and delusional people online, and unless you use your brain, there is no humanly intuitive signs.

But of course, most of the conspiracy kids these days just watch youtube documentaries which spoon feed shit...

to say unequivocally yes or no to landing on the moon is a gleaming sign of ignorance and stupidity..

especially in today's access to information age where it's so obvious they lie about litterly EVERY LITTLE THING. Everything has an agenda, everything is spun. To believe anything from the mouth of man is to be of no use.

@xX_Altair_Xx

Actually there was an article about US troops finding wmds. It was posted from the New York times of places. I read about it maybe a month ago now.
