IBTimes Hong Kong writes, a Thai Website has leaked details of an apparent ASUS Transformer Prime TF300T that is expected to be a cheaper and more basic version of the Transformer Prime's brand new Eee Pad.The TF300T wll be a cross between the first two Transformer Prime models. It is likely to have a thin, rounded design, although the rear panel look more like the first generation of the Transformer Prime.
Engadget - Hot on the heels of HTC confirming a Jelly Bean upgrade for select handsets, ASUS released a statement (pasted after the break) assuring tablet owners that all of the company's new tablets, at least, will be upgraded to Android 4.1. So far, the outfit is committing to updating the Transformer Prime, along with the Transformer Pads TF300 and TF700.
Engadget - July 16th? Why wait? A full three days prior to the previously scheduled US release date, ASUS' Transformer Prime TF700T is showing as "in stock" right now from Office Depot.
Pocket Gamer: Asus's original Transformer set out its stall as a tablet that could legitimately claim to be for both business and pleasure - as long as you bought the optional (and expensive) keyboard dock, that is.
With the Prime Asus has bundled the keyboard and tablet in one package, but don't think that means the internal specifications have been glossed over in the process.
ASUS Transformer Prime is very Good.
I would like to buy it, rather than an iPad.
the upcoming iPad 3 is more powerful! good display and A6 quad-core processor, Transformer Prime can not do this!
the prime is full of issues, i had to return mine and so did many users due to freezing, reboots and crappy wifi and gps thats why a new 700 model is incoming.
