RPad.tv ran speed tests to show the measurable differences between HSPA+ 21 and HSPA+ 42. Four different locations were used and the tests were run 10 times in each location. For HSPA+ 21, an LG G2x was used. For HSPA+ 42, a Samsung Galaxy S II was used. The article lists the ping rates, upload speeds, and download speeds.
