Clear disses Verizon 4G data caps: why "count every megabyte"?

Clear has taken to its blog to criticize the data caps that Verizon has placed on its monthly plans, suggesting that the capacity to move a lot of data for a reasonable price will be the real "4G" differentiator, not raw speed.
