PhanDroid: Many were reluctant to take part in the contest Verizon’s holding through their @DroidLanding Twitter account for the R2D2 special edition of the Motorola Droid 2. They’re doing it differently from the Droid X’s contest, though, as there are no scavenger hunts or GPS coordinates to mess around with. Instead, they tweet out codes and clues that you have to use to unlock certain areas of the R2D2’s website. Whoever is responsible for exposing the section they expose wins a free R2-Droid 2.
Mobile Burn - Despite Verizon Wireless' announcement that the Android 2.3 Gingerbread update for the Motorola DROID 2 Global is rolling out to users now, Motorola has said that the update is not ready and is not available.
Pocket-Lint - The Motorola Milestone 2 looks to build on the successes of its forebear namesake. For a time, the Milestone/Droid was pretty much the only high-end QWERTY Android device out there, until HTC threw their hat into the ring with the HTC Desire Z. Although there are lower-spec options, like the LG GW620 and Motorola’s own Dext, this is where the duel is drawn: HTC vs. Motorola, QWERTY keyboards at 20 paces.

This guy is (allegedly) living my nightmare. No, no, not the whole CES-without-pants thing; the third one. According to this Fox 4 report (video behind the cut), his Motorola Droid 2 decided to cut his conversation off early.. by bursting (again, allegedly) next to his ear.
They will definitely get some support from Motorola :D overall it is a very strange incident...
