How young is too young when it comes to owning a smartphone? Believe it or not, according to a new study, a quarter of children six and under actually own a mobile device.
smart phones should only be for teenagers up, no reason for growing child to have one, they should be outside playing not staring at screen
Personally own? No... parents aren't that stupid... Are they?!?
Anyway, sometimes we keep our old smartphones because they're cracked and aren't worth selling back. So we let our kids play with them. That way, if they get broken even more, it's not a problem.
thats what most kids have, old hand me down phones not even connected to a cell phone network.
how many of them are actually connected to a cell phone network though? Most kids just play with outdated hand me downs for the games and maybe netflix videos.
