this actually works in favor of celebs when sex tapes leak...just claim they fake so save face.

although i still dont get the whole celebrity sex tape thing.

The reason People want celeb's sex tape is because they are well known figures.

Porn stars are 2 a penny and 99% of them are unknown tbh.

If you think this is clever.

When you see and astronaut playing with water in space. It's not real. It's a 3d vr that is rendered in realtime. Tim peak was caught doing it.

Oh brother!!!!!

You do know green screens don't have a grid on them don't you.
the whole point is to have one colour that you can easily edit out.

Except that young female stars tend to show a lot more of themselves than just their faces. There are some bodies out there that I know as well as the faces attached to them, minus private parts.

This and other technologies that enable us to create convincing fake stuff are way too dangerous. People will just start dismissing anything that conflicts with their views or beliefs as fake - fake face swapping, fake voice synthesizing, etc. They already claim things like this are photoshopped, and now they're going to have even MORE ways of denying reality. The frustrating thing is that occasionally, they're going to be RIGHT - there WILL be proven fakes from time to time, and these will just reinforce their beliefs that anything and everything that clashes with what they believe is fake. Some people will probably even make fake versions of real stuff using this technology, and then dismantle that fake version to "prove" that the original, real version is fake. Introducing this kind of technology into our particular society is a recipe for disaster, and that's saying nothing about the kind of propaganda that this will enable.
