Well this is disappointing. I mean I'm ok with change but I'm always afraid I may lose my wireless headset if it's anything like the Airpods.

other than making the phone a little thinner or giving them a little more room to put more useless crap in there. other than that this has not other benefits that would justify removing it. most companies aren't doing this for more room but instead to push their own wireless head phone line and have more control.
