basically if youre a windows 7 users, there is no need to jump to windows 10 ASAP. rather wait a while for more of the bugs to be sorted out. windows 7 is still a great OS and its still supported.
if youre a windows 8/8.1 user who hates the OS but is forced to use it, upgrade ASAP. your life will be so much easier using the latest OS. yes, there might be a few bugs here and there but it wont be as frustrating to use and 8. thats for sure.
