Ellen Pao is following in the footsteps of leaders like Steven Ballmer and Carly Fiorina. Thankfully she stepped down before she did some real damage to Reddit.

Like I said, the rules that govern Wall St don't work in Silicon Vally. We have our own work ethics and goals to aim for along with a secret to success. We have ignored the rules set by a bunch of suit wearing bores from the East Coast and it has made companies like Google and Facebook a major global leader.
