New processor architecture "Visc" is 40% faster than Intel’s Haswell

Two former Intel engineers who retired from the company in 2006 and in 2008 created a company named as Soft Machines, working on the new processor architecture.
Developers officially showcase the Virtual Instruction Set Computing (VISC) architecture at the Linley Processor Conference and also showed a 32-bit processor build on Visc architecture as a prototype for test results.

that is really great.. 40% faster than Intel Haswell 64-bit means an impressive achievement especially when it is on 32-bit architecture.

There register placing and virtual core concept is different from Intel but you are also right at one point. It's also possible. Better wait for the real product rather than sample :P
