Starbucks app on Android arrives for UK caffeine addicts

Pocket-Lint: Coffee addicts up and down the country can now pay for their vanilla decaf skinny latte, with double whipped cream by simply having a barcode on their Android smart phone scanned by the cashier.

The app is now available to download from the Google Play store in both the UK and Canada, having been tried and tested in the US. Rather than using NFC to make a payment, users preload their app with credit from a credit card or PayPal account. (Android, Software, Starbucks)
