Gadgehit.com writes: "Toshiba has annuonced it will begin building solar plants on Japan’s disaster-hit coastline in Fukushima. The plants will generate approximately 100 megawatts of electricity capable of powering around 30,000 homes, making it the biggest solar project in Japan.
