The Next Web - RealNetworks had come under fire from the Washington State Attorney General’s office for some of its e-commerce practices in the past.
Two years after those complaints were made, the two sides have reached an agreement. The response from the company admits no “guilt”, but it was clear that consumers were confused about what they were signing up for when downloading the RealPlayer software.
