Not just that, but finding parts for any car you want. No more overpriced parts at the dealer, no digging through junk yards for older cars, and no waiting for shipping. just simple "I need this part, print it!"

When it first started, Google pretty much shoved it into every Gmail account. Thats how I ended up with one.
The only thing that really kept me around was using the chat thing. So we could see history, and add people easily.
I haven't used mine in maybe 2 years now.

Zune was awesome, then MS got bored and release Windows phone. They went "sorry, but this time it will be different! We will support it!"
Thats a good promise, but how long did they promise support for Zune and it never came? So I sold my Zune and Zune HD, and jumped to Android.

Microsoft USED TO be the only ones to offer something we needed. An office suite, we needed that, MS was the ones that did it right. They got it into business' and schools, and now a few generations of people have learned with it and rely on it.
However there is a new generation of people now that have had access to alternatives, and they no longer NEED Microsoft. MS needs to find that new want, instead of just following the leader. That isn't what made them successf...
My family got a new computer and it came pre installed with it. I totally forgot about that, but then I had to install their printer and what not....
1 Why in Windows 7 it auto updates, but not in 8?
2 Why every time I unplugged the Ethernet, it wouldn't just auto connect when I plugged it back in? You have to press "Reconnect" to make it work.
3 Advertisements galore on the home screen.... geez. Thats without the internet hoo...

Apple created a fad for their own product, and everyone else is trying to leach on. Yet they don't sell like IPads. Microsoft came in expecting too, and are seeing a harsh reality that it just doesn't happen.
Amazon did it because they are a cheap alternative.
Tmobile was going to steal their customers, so they jumped ship to make money.

I've gotten to the point of just avoiding key words from major companies.
I tested it. Had a total random video and put "NFL" in the description, within hours "Your video has been removed by request of the NFL" lol
I was running a channel for a game website and was always uploading trailers sent to us by PR themselves with permission to upload them. Game Trailers / Game of the Year Awards rolled around and half our channel was blocked...

Plus doing that kinda shows "hey we don't have too much faith in the cloud." I thought their "lower" specs were justified by games using the cloud?
In reality, they are just tracking what you do and how you avoid the ads. That way they can figure out new ways to get you to see them.
-Entering codes after a 30 second commercial
-Ads on your FB timeline, instead of on the side
-Fake news stories on Yahoo
etc....
I hope something comes from all this bickering. All of congress including our president is waiting for it to blow over and constantly says "oh there is nothing wrong with it."
We have rights for a reason, don't let excuses take them away.
