So long as we don't replace them with nuclear and just compound the issue for future generations.

Wind and Solar FTW.

These robots would be too expensive to replace cooks and fast food workers.

IDK....if I had robots doing stuff like this for me, I would actually have time to exercise.

Because I specifically mentioned Soviets in a single comment without mentioning the US?

Stop projecting your insecurities. You're like one of those people that think that someone criticizing one politician or political party in a moment is automatically a part of the other party; it's completely unintellectual.

The Soviets transplanted dog heads to create real life Cerberus dogs. As well as detached dogs heads, but kept their hearts pumping to keep them alive.

......there's a special place in hell for those Soviets. And if there was no hell, the universe spawned one for the courtesy of punishing them.

They really feel entitled to France, don't they?

Nuclear energy follows a pretty dated concept of doing whatever benefits us the most now and worrying about consequences later. It will only help the environment until we have loads of waste that we have no real permanent solution for disposing of or a complication occurs like in Japan after that Tsunami.

We need to work towards solar and wind, not nuclear, "clean" coal, etc.

So, what, the technology will be 100% perfect in the future? It will never ever hit a snag and need some manual override to correct.

*Looks at roads in the mountains, back roads, etc*
*Looks at competency of automobile industry*

If the car still has to be driven manually even 1% of the time, it's not of any good to drinkers (well, legally).

And the added expense will keep it from taking over manually driven cars.

So it's flimsier than the iPhone 6...

...watch this not be half as controversial on tech sites.

This is why I disabled Flash Player a long time ago.

Sites with videos can either add HTML5 video support or lose my views.

The XPS is just a laptop that's either branded as or at least discussed among the tech sites as a laptop to compete with macbook's features like the screen and whatever.

They're just mentioning it to be contrary to the new Mac. I'm not a Mac person, but you'd have to be joking to suggest Dell...anything.

All it has going for it is being a couple of milliseconds faster. It's inferior in every other way and it has one of the world's biggest software giants behind it. THAT's why there's a lot of "hate" for it.
