Yeah, it is no more clear than in the world of broadband how overpowered and counterproductive corporations in America have become.

lol I would kill for that.

The fastest we can get in Australia is 12.5mb and the govt. is activley pulling up a fiber optic to the home national netwrok that the previous govt. started building.

They say we don't need high speed internet in Australia.

All so Rupert Murdoch doesnt have to have any competition to is Foxtel network in Aus.

Well, most comcast users here in the States were actually still at 12-15mbs only a couple of months ago.

The point is, all this government and corporate finger poking is very counterintuitive to technological progress.
