Exactly. People need to understand that nothing in life is free. In today's society everything we have is because people are working hard to provide it for us. Music, Movies, Games etc. are someone's hard work and pirating their content is simply a slap in the face.

Your right in the part where Apple isn't doing it for the money. They are basically suing Samsung because that's the only manufacture company that competes with the iPhone in terms of hype. The Samsung galaxy phones are able to compete against the iPhone and Apple risks losing market so that's why they're also trying to ban them. Apple is a coward by not taking risks and are trying to eliminate the competition so they won't look bad.
It's sad that people actually use this features. They should stop trying to make it cool because it really isn't. Android doesn't put much emphasis on it like Apple because they're busy promoting other important features.

IPAD doesn't have competition and why because of the thousands and thousands of apps that it has. Microsoft is a little to late. If it decides to go heads on against the Ipad 4 then it will just get demolish. Apple is just mainstream to be defeated at this time.
It's an Apple vs. Android world now. MS is a little to late unless they market the hell out of this thing but I'm telling you ppl won't go for it because of how mainstream Android and Apple are. Just look at their cellphone division. It doesn't compete against iOS or Android devices

All I know is that I might get one to play Uncharted 3 since there's a lot of buzz saying how good that game is going to be in 3D..plus it comes with Resistance 3, a game that I'm also planning to get so it's a win win situation :)

Your right but I look at it this way. A few years back phones really weren't used the same way they are now. Back then people used them for the basic which were texting and calling now that society has become so connected to social networks it works best to have a big screen. Plus our whole lives revolves around these devices so the bigger the screen the more smoother our experience is and no more dealing with cramp text on the screen.
