That's peanuts to this man, an easy way to fool people into thinking he is oh-so-generous. Really care about your company and employees? , pay yourself the same amount as the average worker at your company, probably 1/200th of what he earnts.
I can see the strategy, my point is everyone is making him out to be a good person. This is NOT why he did it, and it doesn't make him a good person - it makes him a clever ceo.
