It wasn't just the original 360, it was every model until the S models that came out so many years later. Also for a whole year they denied there was even a problem! When the UPS guy collected my 360, he actually said, "Is it a 360?", and I replied saying "Yes, are you getting a lot of them", and he replied saying they were getting two or three a day, and that's just in my area!

New version works with Google Chrome on Android, until Google decides to update it! I won't be updating Chrome when a new update is out any more, because I simply don't trust that they will not block this app.

@Deku - PS3 was £425 in the UK at launch, and was using proprietary technology. There's no way the PS4 will be more than that, and it's extremely likely that we're looking at a £300-350 price point.

That's not the main reason. The main reason is price and functionality. For the same price as an iPhone you can get more functionality on Android.
The main reason people buy iPhones is investment in the eco-system, and user experience. The phone backup/restore on iTunes is the best feature of the iOS eco-system, and I feel it is stupid that there is not an Android version that works across all devices (at least there isn't on for my phone on Jelly Bean).
