The Notepal X3 is a silent fan laptop-cooling pad made by Cooler Master. At first glance, it might seem like the usual run of the mill-cooling pad, but when you look at it more carefully, it is much more than that. The device features a silent 200mm fan with blue Led lights that actually look very pleasurable to the untrained eye. There are also buttons on the left hand side of the device that can control the lighting and fan for use. A fan speed dial controls fan speed and a USB jack to plug the fan to the laptop, which will act as a power supply
