Google has a secret laboratory, unknown even to most of the company’s employees, where it develops projects that sound like something taken from a sci-fi movie, the New York Times reports.
Not so secret anymore, eh? Edit: And from the sounds of it, Google is looking to move from software to home appliances and beyond. Yikes- the world domination begins.
A good point to mention. A friend of mine on Google+ seems to have this vendetta against Facebook for their privacy flops, yet in his own state of myopia he doesn't realize how much of his data is being stored with Google. I'm pretty sure if Google eventually ruled the world, he would fine any reason to still support them once other sites like Facebook exist.
