SimCity and the Digital Divide

ACLU: DRM or not, as a First Amendment lawyer for the ACLU, I find the always-on requirement (for any software that otherwise should be able to run locally) troubling for another reason: it leaves behind those without access to the internet and feeds the "digital divide."

AMD Catalyst 13.3 Beta 3 Driver Boost Performance in SimCity and Far Cry 3

Maximum PC: Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) no longer offers monthly Catalyst driver updates like it used to, instead choosing to dish out new drivers when it makes sense to do so. Now is apparently one of those times.
