My thoughts on the iPhone 6+

Before I begin, I must admit I am an android phone user (Galaxy S3) owning a Macbook Pro,iPad and the iPod Nano.

I went to the apple store this weekend, eager to get my hands on the latest iPhones. I looked at the iPhone 6 and it felt very comfortable in my hands as I am used to the similar size for my Galaxy S3 ! It looked very good but I was more intrigued by the iPhone 6+

Apple Watch? iPod? You don’t need to have your phone on you at all times, you know. There are alternatives. You can take a jog without it.

I dunno; I held one over the weekend was immediately filled with Techlust™. If I was buying an iPhone this year, I almost certainly would go for the 6+.

Now if only iPhones had wireless charging…

just went to hold the phone and wow, it’s big.

Where does he plan on having them live? He means 1 million live people right? It would be much more cost effective to send the Duggars.

I thought the same. I say we send Mr. Elon Musk in the first crew out to Mars, let him go out there and be a pioneer and come back and tell us how it was to live on Mars. I think Mr. Musk thinks up this stuff because he is a billionaire -- so , to him , he is thinking out of the box. The existence of humanity will not last forever because people don't know how to live in peace and love thy neighbor as thyself. The invention of nuclear weapons and all the wars that mankind has fought lend...

Seriously a million people? We have not even sent a single person there yet. 10,000 trips just for the people (We can't even get 10 in one craft let alone 100 per trip. Then the supplies needed to house the 1 million folks. Space crafts that large would have to be assembled in space. All fitted with suits to combat radiation, oxygen supply not only for the trip but they stay on Mars. Who will fit the bill for this that would be in the 100's of trillion dollars? next thing you know the...

It took me about 10 seconds to digest your diatribe about your precious Apple iphone..I have never been a fan of any of their products...$749 for plastic that breaks so easily...no thanks...Reminds me of Hertz and Avis back in the day..No 1 and No 2..Samsung will excel with more features just like they did with the touch download of music....

If releasing dozens of iterations of the same plastic crappy phones is innovation, then count me out.

Faster CPU, more RAM, NFC & AMOLED are not innovations, just useless upgrades.

Japanese feature phones had NFC for years, AMOLED just eats more power than LCD and the colors aren't realistic. the CPU & RAM are only necessary cause the OS is full of bloatware.

I will never buy a iphone because they may have been the first, they are lagging behind Samsung on the innovations.....I'm just saying...

Yes, it's possible that someome has said I wish my Nexus 5 was faster. But I damn sure know some people have said I wish my Nexus 5 had a better camera and a better battery.

Definitely a new Nexus tablet (Nexus 9), but I'm hoping they'll hold off on releasing a new Nexus phone until there's a 64-bit chip available - probably a Snapdragon 810 (early 2015) unless something unexpected happens like Google chooses an Intel chip or Nvidia reveals they have a version of Tegra K1 that can work with a phone-sized battery and much more limited heat dissipation.

To be honest, I would have been more than surprised to see google ditching the second latest Nexus phone. But thanks for the headsup anyway. :)

They don't want to use that .org website because of the control that the United States has over .org's. They knew that if they stayed on that website it would be only a matter of time before it was suspended so they moved to something else.

OpenNIC domains are not accessible through common DNS services, so search engines cannot see them.

.and idiots would believe every single news report there is, including ones containing Twitter posts using old images.

The exploding microwave is screen-captured from this old Youtube video from 2006 of kids blowing up a microwave:

The gene pool in that end is very shallow indeed. How can anyone be so clueless as to believe putting your phone in the microwave would charge it? I really fear for the younger generation, seems common sense has taken a vacation.

Am I supposed to feel sorry for these idiots?

There's already an Apple award for this, it's called the iPhone.
