Meh, who needs 360 controllers anymore? Now, if they could drop the price on one of these babies:

Eventhough the ear-phones block external noise, I'm a bit "worried" about the sound quality they deliver. They look a bit cheap.
Here's another bit with Wayne and Snipes:

I actually prefer this one.
Adding more space junk it seems, we'll have a sphere around our planet.
The subHD doesn't really matter as long as you have the same pixel density as iPhone 6S.
The video is cringey.
I'm interested in that as well. iPad simply can't replace a PC.
Of course, iPad can't compete with computers and laptops, not any tablet can. As convenient as they can be for surfing, they still lack numerous functions that you need for work, or working on them is not that convenient.
Not to mention gaming.
It's better to pit it against Microsoft Surface.
Live tiles are fine for tablets and such but I see no use of having them on desktop.
So, the reviewer is quite happy with how Oculus Rift turned out to be. A bit less immersive than the development kits of HTC Vive, but also more comfortable so I guess OR would win. It's not much of an immersion if you get tired easily by wearing it. And touch controls are yet to come.
It seems it's a little light on the software side, which is expected. But perhaps they could have had a bit more built-in software out of the box, at least enough to rival Samsung Gear....
Ah, so it begins. :) I'm looking forward to seeing all the impressions and experiences of the final product, we already have reviews coming in.
HTC Vive is not looking bad either, so I'd reserve my judgement about the definitive VR headset until the first wave is officially released.
That would be good, but you'd have to be able to turn on the autopilot first.
Though with some cars having the ability to lock down if they "sense" their driver might be drunk, I dont't think implementing something like that (but instead of locking down, it turns on autopilot) should be too hard.
I think TechSpy, like all other Newsboiler sites, are fine aggregator sites. The heat system is a neat way of presenting popularity, and visually appealing too.
One of the things I really dig is the whole scoring system. It's a lot like an RPG haha, and as a gamer I'm quite drawn to it. Now, if we could only have achievements, hmm.
The disagrees/agrees not affecting one's comment bubbles is smart, considering the fact it can easily be a victim of circlejerking. Som...
Congratulations to the winners :)
It was a bit amusing, similar to when you hear a 3 year old casually swearing.
Tablets are like a luxury, I'd always go for a laptor over a tablet, but if I'm already covered, then picking a tablet is not a bad idea at all.
HTC kinda fell out of the smartphone race, I remember them being at the top a few years ago (I believe it was around Galaxy S1/S2, or even a bit before). Hopefully they can make a comeback.
Design-wise, there's really not that much of a difference since S5.
The design is quite silly, for the life of me I can't understand why they didn't bother with offering some variants.
As long as the foundations are solid, the future looks bright.
The wee bit of software is enough to keep early-adopters entertained for a bit, and then it's wait for bigger games.
