I have an Ipad 2, Moto Xoom and a Windows 8 on my ultra book and by far Window 8 is the best OS out of the 3 because it is 1 os that will do everything a Android and Ipad will do as well as everything a Mac and Windows XP/7 pc will do form Office, Printing, Full web access to full gaming.
If I had to pick between a android tablet and Ipad I would have to pick the Xoom out of them all because now it has Jelly bean it is by far th...

Ive not got a clue but then again Windows is a Open OS which gives the user options to edit the OS to how they want too so as long as it will let you do it some people will do it.
I remember do this years ago to my Windows pc but in the end its just too much work and windows did not look that bad.
But one thing I want to know is why you would want windows 8 to look like a mac it looks a lot better than Mac OS and imo Mac OS now looks dated compared to Windows.

I think they will price the surface rc 16gb at £399 the 32gb at £599 then the pro at 64gb at £799 and the 128 gb at £999 and if they do those prices i think they will sell very well.
I cant wait to get one i have a xoom and imo its the best tablet on the market right now esp with jelly bean has made it very quick and stable but just like the ipad its still limited where having a pro surface for me means i can have one device rater than a tablet and laptop....
To me this is why the Xoom is still the best tablet on the market at the moment as it has go each update since 3.0 1st and is still getting updates. But being the best tablet will change for me when the Surface Pro is out as Ill be selling my Xoom for a Surface Pro.

I remember getting my 1st MP3 player that had a total of 32mb of storage and could fit 11 songs on it and it was in 1998 it was called the Rio PMP300 ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wik... and im sure this was the 2nd or 3rd mp3 player to hit the market at the time. this was back in 1998 the Ipod did not hit the market until late 2001 ...
Ovoxo_mike just because everyone has one dose not make it the best device out there. There are better phones on the market than the iphone. The difference is apple were spot on advertising the idevices and this has now become the publics choice because its been put in front of them 247 and i also works well too.

@artdafoo Zune was a success at the start it was the 2nd biggest MP3 player in the USA in its 1st year but after that MS never pushed it outside the USA and because of this it started to fade away. If im honest ive used MS Tell me Google Voice and Siri in the car on a blue tooth head set and I found tell me the best out of all 3 for the voice commands but Google was a close 2nd and I did not like Siri at all it struggle to pickup any commands on the motorways.
But Apple have a good way of selling there products and that what they have been doing.
Zune as in hard ware has stopped being made but you can still sync your zune pass with the zune MP3 players and this is the bit I am hoping they keep letting us do. We also have a Lumia 900 and 800 so its not a massive problem if they drop the support for xbox music with the zune player but she love the zune and imo they are the best of all the MP3 players out there.
Ive been using Windows 8 on my laptop for a few months now and after using it for a week I have to day I prefer it over Windows 7. The new start menu with the new menus are a lot easer to navigate and quicker to access than on Windows 7 imo and I have yet to find any old software I user for work to not work on my laptop and its not the most powerful laptop out there is a centreno with 3GB of ram and I have yet to have a problem with the latest Windows build.

Ive been using it for a few months now and I cant find anything wrong with it all my apps games ect work from my xp and windows 7 installs.
Windows 8 is the same as Windows 7 in terms of x32 and x64 apps the only real difference for windows 8 over 7 is the start menu and if im frank I would pick the new start menu over the old one as it can be setup how I want it and for those people saying...
