I'd have to say that I mostly agree with this assessment. Sammy actually delivered great phones using the Android system providing people with an amazing alternative to the Apple offerings.
Now are they THE SOLE REASON? Probably not but they showed everyone that the Android platform was a very good one thus driving better phones from the other companies like Motorolla and HTC.

Even I'll admit that the scratching is stretching it. Shit happens and things get scratched. Aluminium scratched quite easily no matter how careful you try to be with it.
The first thing I said when they announced this thing was that the people with all the accessories were going to be cheesed about that.
For starters, That was a tongue in cheek comment - ie: A joke. I'm sure you must know what that is.
2ndly those are Logos for companies that DEFINE who they are via color, typography and layout. That DOES NOT, nor SHOULD IT, include making a rectangle and rounding the edges of it or some crappy little music note icon does not define or scream Apple product.

2nd, Spotify is a logo for their company. clearly displaying the wireless transfer/broadcast of music to the skies - not even close to the same thing at all
Trademarking a company LOGO is different because it's the LOGO that customers identify with. People don't look at a music note and think "Oh that must be an Apple thing".
Ok so today I was at a MS event for Windows 8 and Server 2012. This was my first time ever using Windows 8 and I can't honestly say that I'm not at all disappointed with it. I largely blame garbage like this on Cell Phones to be perfectly honest. These platforms have made it failry easy for anyone with a "puter" to make some piece of garbage casual game.

It has been a rather interesting story to follow though.
Sadly, given that I'm way far out of the city, I suspect this will never make it's way to me but MAYBE there's hope that they launch a legitimate wireless service in Canada and I won't be paying $100+ for heavily capped internet.
WHat did CrApple users expect? That their copious billions of dollars would somehow make their NEW GPS mapping system could actually compete with all the time and money Google's already invested in theirs? Wishful thinking people.
Maybe in a few more years but it certainly won't be anywhere close in short order.

Ballmer is a kooky guy and easily one of the best company men MS has. He's animated and practically looks like a cheerleader. The Tablets look sharp, Win 8 looks to be a nifty OS, they may actually have a viable and meaningful Mobile OS and a new Xbox on the horizon looks to me like MS has many good things in the offering over the next year.

Where do you see that? I've looked at their site many times and considered getting their creative cloud package for the video editing packages. The only one that seems to have a caveat is the smallest package which requires you to have a valid serial number from at least CS3.
I don't dispute that the MS pricing structure is screwed. It always is with M$ products but they're on the right track in my opinion.
That's just a sensational piece of journalism right there.
These people should at least try to hide their biases when coming up with GD titles.
