Lol I'm still using an old version of utorrent and glad I still have the installer for that one too. The latest version is awful.

Someone needs to give Ladar Levison a medal or something.. some really funny stuff and shows just how completely and utterly pathetic and shambolic the American authorities can be.

It goes to show just how many pastel coloured trouser wearing, side parting, mocha-latte drinking hipsters are on twitter lol.

The NSA is going to love apple if they make fingerprint scanners popular.

Agree with SilentNegotiator.. the interface looks horrible. I can see it being good for tablets and smartphones but I don't know what Microsoft was smoking when they keep advertising that ui for Windows 8 for desktop PCs.

I'm getting a new laptop around about November time and one of the first things I'll be doing is getting rid of Windows 8 and replacing it with Windows 7.

Tbh the Japanese have some pretty weird fetishes. Now obviously not saying all Japanese people are like that but there are many weird things that are associated with the Japanese that simply put, seem alien to western cultures. I don't think that's racist at all and just a better way of wording the other guy's post.

But what if the randsomware he got infected with installed those images onto his computer? My point being is that viruses these days can easily install things like jpg files and I just hope he was arrested after the police took that into account and examined the indecent images information and only arrested him after they knew that it was him who accessed and downloaded the images in the first place.

Could be a potentially very funny story or a really sad sorry state of affairs cybercrime is getting. I'm not sure how they do it but I hope they didn't just check his computer, found a few completely random images then arrested him and at least done a thorough examination. It can be ridiculously to attach a few indecent images to files. The fact he has been named and pictured means the damage is already done regardless if he is innocent or guilty.

I could apply that logic to many things to do with child care that are for more damaging when neglected than internet porn. Regardless, I still don't think that gives the government the right to censor the internet because of an extremely small minority.

If children have access to porn by merely clicking a mouse button, then it's not the internet's fault, nor the isp's fault.. it's the parents fault for not taking responsibility and putting appropriate filters up themselves.

Blocking porn at an ISP level is ridiculous not to mention the unnecessary problems it could potentially cause for guys who want to watch a bit of porn behind their wives back who aren't techie enough to know how to get around these f...

More people need to stand up against Cameron on this.. it's ridiculous. He then justifies it by like what every single damn politician does and uses children as a reference as to why they need to implement it.

What we need is a new political party here in the UK made up of nothing but clowns. Give us voters a way to vote our disgust at the fact that no matter who we get in, they're all a bunch of bloody clowns.

Well to be fair I stole it too :D

It's ironic really.. the biggest wanker in the UK wants to block porn. I think it goes to show what a sad pathetic nanny state the UK is becoming.

Or the idiots who don't even take a moment to reflect on latest revelations in the news and instead would rather concentrate their focus on the latest goings on in reality tv or the latest dress some random Kartrashian was seen wearing.

Google already does this or at least my android phone did.. should be made illegal imho or made extremely easy for people to opt out from.

It's not a case of comprehending a new start page, it's a case of if it's not broken, don't fix it. I looked up a lot of user reviews on places like amazon for mid to high range laptops and not once did I read someone praise Windows 8 and on about half of the lengthy ones people seemed negative towards it even going as far as posting instructions on how to remove it in some cases. Ofcourse it has nothing to do with it being a big pile of garbage for non touch screen users, it...

I wonder who it was at Microsoft who actually thought that god awful Metro UI would take off? A start button isn't going to save Windows 8 from being the failure that it is. I'm looking to get a new laptop next month and the first thing I'll be doing with it is downgrading to windows 7.

Lol the Samsung and HTC UK twitter accounts have been going at it a good few times now. Still to insinuate they paid off for fake reviews of their competitors.. surely that leaves them open to some pretty nasty legal action? Unless ofcourse it's true and Samsung are worried they'd get caught out.

Paypal have always been anal about under 18s. I used to sell stuff on ebay when I was 16-17 and was very focused on selling stuff to make money for my huge trip to Canada.. ended up having something like £3000+ in my paypal account and can't remember how exactly but they found out I was under 18 and temporarily suspended my account refusing me access to all the money I made. Fortunately I turned 18 within three months of the suspension and had no problems reopening it but the whole o...
