Looks stupid

I'd expect them to want to sell this phone to S3 owners, and if it came out in March, it would be way too early imo, and would probably annoy a lot of S3 owners.

I'd just use Chrome or Firefox for a while rather than go through all the stuff Microsoft are suggesting.

It's probably mainly because it's the second largest city in the UK (according to 2011 census), so obviously there would be more piracy. I'm surprised it isn't London, but then again, it is more affluent for the most part.

I've seen a lot of people saying "buy an S3", but does it really offer the exact same experience? I'm talking about in every way, and I'm 100% sure it doesn't. I'm not defending the iPhone 5, it is ridiculously overpriced imo, but some things need to be said.

1. Android in general kinda sucks, Jelly Bean is good on the Nexus 7 because it uses stock Android, but I've heard from reliable reviewers that they would choose a HTC One X over Galaxy ...

iPhone 5 will outsell iPhone 4S at launch easily. Apple has got a very loyal fanbase.

More than anything, this conference revealed to me how much of a douche Tim Cook actually is.

Also, this is such a minor update for the hardware. The only discernible difference is the size of the screen.

Images don't even look that good. If this is meant to be showing optical image stabilisation, it works okay, but there is still a lot of blur. So much so that it looks like the woman has no eyes.

If it's trying to show how good it is in low-light situations, then it looks like it can do that quite well. But it's only just better than the Galaxy S3's camera.

I would be willing to test this out, if I had space for a fish tank!

Sounds pretty shitty, but what do they expect. They flying you there in the first place to give them good reviews.

@killer- Apparently, and I don't know if this is true or not, Japan has one of the most strict patent systems in the world.

I'm quite surprised actually because Samsung seems to be winning the cases in other countries, but the US decision was astrange. It probably won't end up being legal in the end.

Both work fine tbh, the thing I liked about Turtle Beach's is that they are flexible and light, and therefore easy to store away, but i worried that the wires would get damaged. Tritton's wires are braided and feel a little thicker, harder to manuever. So at the cost of the flexibility, they feel a lot more sturdy and less likely to be damaged. So I tend to prefer Trittons.

$150, virtual surround sound.

From personal experience I find that Turtle Beach headsets aren't rigid enough, but are lot lighter than TRITTONs.

LOL, just gained a hell of a lot more respect for Samsung now.

Yeah, it's just a confirmation rather than a new ruling.

WTF, stupid Daily Mail, it could just be specks on the camera for all we know.

I would totally believe you Morpheus...

I don't think it can be replaced actually, at least going on the other headsets although there are two sections to the wire usually, joined by the remote. So if the bottom section gets damaged it can be replaced. Cable is also braided and I haven't had any problems with previous headsets.
