Possibly. I don't know exactly how they do it there, they could have been making a specific recovery disc for each computer, but that is very unlikely. If the volume license key was used, then technically you could use the same recovery disc on any PC and get a free version of Windows OS.
Basically, the original installs that you get from these places have a load of extra crap installed e.g. AOL online etc. And then the company makes a set of recovery discs so if something goes wrong, you can restore it to exactly the way it was when you first bought the PC. It's basically a capture image of the operating system + basic software.
I don't know why they are only targeting Comet, I remember buying a PC from PCWorld years ago with the same recovery disc-type thing. Honestly, I don't think MS has a case, unless it states in it's license agreement that it is illegal to distribute recovery discs.

Considering the price of Flash memory has dropped drastically, those memory cards are firstly too small and secondly still too expensive.
A great BUSINESS idea not to include built in flash memory, and money grab by forcing the use of memory cards on some games... you NEED to have one, so theVita will cost more than the $299 they're stating.
I BET one year from the release they will have another SKU with 4-8GB built in storage.

I'd bet that the majority are new, because there are still quite a lot of people using old-style phones. Also probably some people switching from BlackBerry due to the BlackBerry crumble a few months ago.

It's probably because a lot of people never do it when personal pronouns are used. So they just changed it so you always do it, that way it removes the problem.
Was gonna say, using a "-" totally ruins a website's name. Also I would highly recommend that every buys the .com of the address, even if they are based in a different country. It's just so normal to type .com nowadays, an it's even been put into browser shortcuts (Ctrl + Enter/URL Keyboards) to automatically type out .com.
That's why I said it would be annoying, cos iPhone needs to always connect to the internet to use Siri, and it would be a ripoff for us if the non-iPhone version worked without needing to be connected
You know what would be really annoying, if this runs on other phones without having to connect to the internet... because that is a pain.
