Sooo yeah, internet like I said. Not much has changed from the mid 80s. except connectivity. They had computers then too and used them the same way we do today, except that now they have more memory.
It won't really change that much. There is not much of a difference from 30 years back; except for the internet. I think what she said; stronger materials that are lighter and more internet connectivity.
I use it at work. It is the default browser for my company. Some county websites work only-or best on Internet Explorer-and older versions to boot!
I was pretty surprised when I went there a few years ago with how backwards they actually were. WiFi was non existant and most places don't even accept credit cards. Nonetheless it is an awesome country, just stuck in the mid 90s.
The US and France aren't too far behind in terms of being cashless. Sweden is smaller and is more developed. To be completely cashless one needs a bank account and internet. A lot of people still don't have that combo.
In the US, Chase Bank (the biggest bank) doesn't accept cash deposits unless you are on the account. So I do see eventually going that route.
Japan was advance during the 70s and 80s. They sorta got stuck in the mid 90s. I was there not too long ago and not many places accept plastic. Wifi spots are far in between too. Nice place though.
They are already with the chips in credit cards. A lady in the bank started crying when they told her she couldn't opt out of her not getting the chip.
Interesting read.
You are making me hungry....
Wow. The picture of the hard drive contains more data than that!
Well...yes actually.
I'm sure the targeted consumer is aware of this; otherwise they can just buy a regular watch.
Wow, some of the people here...
Well this is called in science "natural selection."
It just sucks that the dumb ones who do not get vaccinated will have to get treatment if they get sick, raise the price of healthcare, and probably believe later that they were trying to be killed of for revealing the truth!
Oneplus all the way right here!!
I stopped using both once I got my Wiiu :P
Plus my 360 just RROD on me again, and its waaay past the warranty.

Too bad it's near damn impossible to buy one!
This is what they need to be doing. Adapting to a new business environment instead of complaining and trying to prevent progress.
