you can do all kind of fun stuff if you can get root access to a unix based machine like the PS4
>_> I'd be more worried about our poles flipping if I were them... that's going to be much more disastrous for wild life
It also helps that they can control the phones with the same software they control their PCs...and setting up their own marketplace removes people from playing Cut The Rope and Fart games
I'm all for them supporting the platform... perhaps they'll integrate PSN into WP8.x
pretty cool
that looks surprisingly like my HTC 8X
it's fixed a lot of the false positive memory issues... in fact I haven't had one since the update, but now my usb wifi goes out when I use certain programs (Silverlight ect.)
the iPhone and iPad are both the bane of ITs who need security and control over devices on their network
most small indie titles that are using DX shouldn't have any issues... you're porting over to another windows running on an X86 based device... if it's a little more high end then you have to optimize texture loading and other things, but for many of these low end games that are still a ton of fun it shouldn't be an issue.
I think the fact that you can basically move your indie games over without changing any code (or textures assuming you are not making a high end indie game) to the X1 probably may trump "relationship"
turn off your build in anti-virus... it's a resource hog and you don't need it... you'll find things move smoother

*sniff sniff* aaahhh the sent of jealousy

no this is Sony 3rd (at least the second) restructuring if I'm not mistaken... they are at the point where most companies who restructure start showing signs of full recovery. I'd search for the article that talks about that, but right now getting ready for work
